I am a designer at heart. I love creating things and find especial joy in hands-on creativity that lets me make something functional and beautiful out of nothing. I've been a professional graphic and web designer for more than ten years, but in my spare time I dive into all sorts of other creative outlets: writing, music (guitar, picking at the piano, and learning the cello), those addicting grown-up coloring books, paper crafting et al. with my Cricut, and sewing. (I would also love to impasto paint, learn woodworking, jewelry-making, photography, and more, but one crazy idea at a time here.) I don't claim to be an expert; I'm just a girl who loves to learn new things and make stuff.
